Senior Python Engineer, Madrid

Senior Python Engineer Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Senior Python Architect/Developer to design and deploy architectures based on AI Agents and serverless solutions on AWS, ensuring the highest quality standards through advanced testing. REQUIREMENTS: - AI Agent Development: Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, and OpenAI Agents SDK. - AWS Architecture: Deploy and optimize solutions using services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. - Quality Testing: Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Pytest. - Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and guide junior/mid-level developers in backend and cloud best practices. REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFILE: - Strong proficiency in Python (Senior level). Solid experience (5+ years) with modern Python (typing, asynchronous programming with asyncio). - Testing DevOps: Test-first mindset with advanced experience in Pytest and mocking. - Experience

with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - AI Agents (Specialized Plus ): Experience or knowledge of protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
