Job description
- Manage, with the support of the workstream leader, business ownership of license management tools (RECR) and potentially others if the need arises
- Perform business requirement analysis
- Manage access to sensitive data repository/containers
- Master the use of JIRA, google workspace, app sheets, appscript Python, powershell
- Perform big data analysis
- Maintain the data quality within a reference tool for export control subject
- Interface between business functions and IM/digital for tool developments, * Analysis of your application by the recruitment department.
- Our positions require a security clearance, complete the questionnaire that will be sent to you.
- Conduct recruitment interviews: HR interview and technical interview with your future manager

Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Knowledge & experience in use of Active Directory, ACL, digital automation, scripts
- Preferably expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact & influence, perform stakeholder management
- Ability to find practical solutions to support the operational needs quickly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit & solution oriented
- Take ownership
- English fluent, French speaker will be a plus, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
