Your role & influence as Software Engineer DevOps
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for strengthening the security posture of Dustin's cloud-native platforms and delivery pipelines, embedding security into every stage of the software lifecycle while enabling fast and reliable software delivery.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of building secure, scalable, and reliable platforms that support Dustin's customer-facing digital services. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Web, Data, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver secure solutions without compromising developer productivity.
Core activities
- Embed security into the software development lifecycle by integrating security controls, automation, and best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Secure and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and containerized workloads using modern cloud-native security principles.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We envision you as a curious and driven individual who is passionate about cloud-native technologies, automation, and building secure platforms that enable teams to move fast with confidence., * You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering in cloud-native environments, including AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical skills in Kubernetes security, AWS security services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK), GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux, scripting (Bash/Python), observability tooling, and modern AI-powered development and security tools.
