Job description
As an IT Application Consultant - Oracle HCM, you will be the primary technical owner of Oracle Fusion HCM driving ongoing enhancements that help mature global HR processes. You will work with HR and the Business Architect to shape the enhancement roadmap and steer delivery through our IT partner.
As part of the Corporate Center IT Delivery team, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the implementation, optimization and integration of SaaS applications across the Corporate Center landscape. In addition to Oracle HCM, you may also contribute to IT delivery across other Corporate Center domains. The team scope includes approximately 65 applications. .
Day to day:
Oracle Fusion HCM responsibilities:
- Drive impact analysis, functional and technical design together with the external IT partner of functional enhancements, integrations and new modules.
- Support implementation and system configuration for new modules and enhancements.
- Define and execute System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Coordinate delivery activities and collaborate with the external IT partner on issue resolution.
- Ensure implementation deliverables are properly documented so Oracle HCM knowledge is retained within the internal IT organization.
- Provide knowledge transfer and third-line support to the production support team when needed.
- Review Oracle Quarterly Updates and identify / enable relevant features for DLL, aligned with HR team.
Other Corporate Center applications:
- Gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify and drive non-functional requirements (availability, performance, security, etc.) aligned with architecture and policies.
- Create solution designs that align with architecture, security and compliance standards.
- Coordinate and drive delivery with internal IT teams and external suppliers.
- Support system testing and verify that delivered solutions meet technical acceptance criteria.
- Organize test activities, follow up on findings, and ensure proper documentation of deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and internal and external service providers.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Server management?, * Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of the HR domain.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably within the Azure ecosystem, including deployment practices and automation
- Able to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define processes and requirements.
- Able to balance attention to detail with a strong understanding of the bigger picture.
- Able to create clear and effective solution designs.
- Able to coordinate and drive delivery with internal IT teams and external suppliers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic delivery environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Extras:
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance (ERP and EPM).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with integrations within and across Microsoft and Oracle applications.
- Experience with setting up secure connections including SSO.
- Experience with Agile way of working including usage of Azure DevOps.
