IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist who doesn't just keep the lights on, but actively makes our IT infrastructure stronger, smarter, and more resilient. You'll have real ownership over a production-critical environment, and the space to make it your own., We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist to manage and secure our factory IT infrastructure. This role combines systems administration, network management, and security operations in a production-critical manufacturing environment., * Manage and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, core services)

• Monitor systems performance and ensure high availability
• Support users and resolve incidents in a timely manner
• Contribute to IT and digitalization projects
• Maintain access management and system configurations
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
• Collaborate on IT security and compliance initiatives
• Work with internal teams and external partners

Do you have experience in Windows?, If you have solid experience managing IT infrastructure and want real ownership in an international context, this role is for you., * Experience in IT infrastructure, system, or network administration

• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewall basics)
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
• Professional English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to Have

• Exposure to virtualisation or cloud technologies
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
• Knowledge of ERP or business applications (BAAN / INFOR / SAP S4 HANA)
• Interest in cybersecurity or compliance (ISO 27001 / TISAX)
• IT certifications, or the willingness to achieve them
