Job description
This is a key position within our Transformation team, responsible for leading, planning and executing change initiatives across the organisation. You'll champion the people side of change ensuring our teams understand, adopt and embed new ways of working with confidence and clarity.
Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders, you'll drive engagement, reduce resistance, and ensure change delivers measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Lead & Deliver
Change Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement structured change management plans
- Champion organisational change and communicate the "why" behind transformation
- Embed change management into project delivery across the organisation
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Identify key stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships
- Design communication plans to support clarity, buyin and understanding
- Positively manage resistance and influence constructive change
Impact Assessment, Risk & Improvements
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Track progress, measure adoption and refine approaches
Training & Capability Building
- Support and coordinate training and skills development
- Coach leaders and managers through change
Collaboration & Culture
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration
- Lead and support networks of change champions
- Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * Proven experience leading change within transformation programmes
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Prince2 or Agile
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Experience with project management and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Asana)
- Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and confident managing ambiguity
- Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Management, Organisational Development or similar
