Are you passionate about using data to drive real-world improvement? Do you enjoy translating complex information into clear insights that help organisations perform at their best? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Willen Hospice as our new Reporting & Data Officer.
Working at the heart of our Governance, Performance & Improvement team, you'll help shape how Willen Hospice plans, measures and continuously improves its services - directly supporting the outstanding care we provide to patients and families across the Milton Keynes area.
What you'll do: Support the annual business planning cycle, coordinating timetables and engaging stakeholders from initiation through to sign-off. Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs and dashboards that give leaders clear visibility of progress and emerging risks. Analyse data from multiple sources, helping to produce clear narratives and compelling visualisations for various audiences. Support the production of clear, accurate reports for a range of stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Build strong working relationships across the Hospice, adapting your approach to suit different audiences. Stay curious about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, assessing how they can enhance organisational performance and reporting capability.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, A strong administrator with experience in performance management, business planning or data analysis, with the ability to turn insight into action. Experienced with data visualisation and reporting tools (such as Power BI, Excel), and confident working with large datasets. An excellent communicator who can adapt their style for different audiences. Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently to deadlines.
