IT Project/Solutions Engineer - UK

• As part of our award-winning support desk team, you'll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
• Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
• Support a vast array of software across many industries;
• Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
• Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
• Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.

• Datto (RMM, DR, Networking)
• Firewalls & Networking

Do you have experience in IT?, * 3-5 years (minimum) of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role is required;

• Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi-Fi, and servers;
• Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks;
• Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers;
• Project management exposure;
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details;
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
