Job description

As a Customer Service Order Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and Commercial teams, you'll help ensure orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards., * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage and monitor automated order processing systems.
  • Handle customer order requests and queries through internal ticketing systems.
  • Liaise with Planning, Finance and Commercial teams to resolve order issues.
  • Ensure orders meet required standards and delivery requirements.
  • Run daily order downloads and warehouse reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and analysis data.
  • Support KPI achievement through accurate and timely administration.
  • Provide holiday cover and support colleagues across the wider team.
  • Assist with system updates and process improvements.

  • Has previous experience in an administration, customer service or order processing role.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Is comfortable working with multiple systems and managing high volumes of information.
  • Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Can prioritise workloads and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Is a confident user of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.
