We're looking for a strategic and delivery-focused CRM Product Lead to take ownership of our CRM platform and drive its evolution as a core enabler of customer and commercial success.
This is a high-impact role where you'll define and deliver the CRM product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and act as the vital link between business and technology-ensuring we maximise value from our CRM investment.
What You'll Be Doing
As CRM Product Lead, you will:
- Own and drive the CRM product strategy, aligning it with wider customer and commercial goals
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, grounded in business priorities and user needs
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across digital and business leadership
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities using Agile methodologies
- Define, track, and evolve KPIs to measure success, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Ensure CRM data supports a single, accurate customer view
- Take accountability for the live CRM platform, ensuring resilience, availability, and effective incident management
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality, business-aligned delivery
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management:
- Proven experience delivering CRM transformation or optimisation programmes (ideally MS Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices
- Solid knowledge of CRM workflows, case management, and API integrations
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver iterative change
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, driving engagement and adoption
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
