Job description
- MES Project Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate MES implementations, deployments, governance activities, and site readiness across manufacturing facilities.
- Business Process & Requirements Management
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate operational needs into MES solutions.
- Deployment & User Readiness Coordination
- Coordinate testing, validation, training, infrastructure readiness, and production go-live activities.
- Automation & Digital Manufacturing Projects
- Lead automation, MES integration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing environments.
- Compliance & Validation Support
- Ensure MES solutions comply with GMP, GAMP 5, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSV requirements.
- Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate MES support, change management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, integrators, and global delivery organizations.
- Manufacturing Systems & Integration Leadership
- Support MES, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, DCS, historian systems, and shop-floor technology integrations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Requirements gathering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * MES Platform Experience
- 5+ years of experience with MES platforms such as Rockwell MES, PAS-X, Opcenter, PharmaSuite, or MasterControl.
- Manufacturing Systems Integration Expertise
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, reporting platforms, and shop-floor devices.
- Industrial Technologies Knowledge
- Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, OPC, historian systems, and industrial connectivity technologies.
- Business Analysis & Project Coordination Skills
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
- Manufacturing IT & Operational Support Experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, MES environments, and application lifecycle management.
- Automation & Digital Manufacturing Knowledge
- Experience supporting automation, Connected Plant, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
- Compliance & Validation Expertise
- Understanding of GMP, GAMP 5, Annex 11/22, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, and CSV requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills., * Relevant Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Large-Scale MES Project Experience
- 8+ years supporting MES implementations within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Global Delivery Experience
- Experience working with global teams, vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery organizations.
