Job description
The Data Analyst role will primarily focus on analysing data to be used in product implementation and configuring the relevant products to meet customer business needs. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop with coaching and experience into a more responsible front line role in project management and execution., * Analyse client data to support implementation processes and ensure successful integrations.
- Work closely with the project managers to identify and solve data-related challenges in client projects.
- Build and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement data collation systems and strategies that optimise data quality and completeness.
- Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and self-sufficient, with:
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- At least 3 years' experience in data-intensive roles with SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data analysis tools.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and identify and resolve complex issues in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience within local authorities, the housing sector, specifically housing asset management, or house building/construction is desirable but not essential.
- Optional: Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
- Optional: Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python, for automating data tasks.
