Job description
- Provide remote IT support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document all troubleshooting steps taken to resolve issues, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
- Maintain and optimize computer systems and network environments to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
- Maintain Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS
- Oversee windows Patching and RMM alerts via RMM system
- Perform firewall administration tasks, including configuration and management of SonicWall and Meraki.
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.
- Administer email systems, ensuring seamless communication channels for clients including Office 365 administration.
- Create and maintain clear and organized IT documentation for reference and training purposes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Endpoint Security?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in providing remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience in email administration, including configuration and maintenance of Office 365 environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
