What experiences and skills would make you the ideal candidate:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
· 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an IT or technology-focused role.
· Strong proficiency with Windows-based software and hardware systems.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration. Software development or advanced coding experience is not required; however, a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality is essential. Preferred experience includes building and maintaining Flows, creating complex reports and dashboards, designing custom objects, and developing Visualforce pages.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while handling multiple simultaneous requests.
· Proven experience planning, managing, and successfully executing projects.
