Job description

Provide desktop/server support and technical assistance to end-users

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications

  • Set up and maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office365, Google Workspace

  • Assist with the installation and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers

  • Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve technical issues in a timely manner

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups

  • Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system and documentation system

  • Interface with customers in a mixed retail/business environment

  • Install data cabling, wireless access points, cameras, and other equipment as needed.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to join our team. As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development., Proven experience in software and hardware troubleshooting

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Mac

  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols

  • Previous experience in desktop support or technical support roles

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Must have A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certifications or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.

  • Must have Experience with Cloud technologies, Firewall configurations, and VLAN network experience.

  • A valid Wisconsin drivers license, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle
