Job description
Director, Opex Digital Deployment Leader (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Apply data centric solutions to promote change and Continuous Improvement (CI). Implement global digital solutions as per the needs of BD Excellence design principles and sites. Prepare cost to win (CTW) initiatives. Conduct periodic review of metrics and actions for all plants. Prepare reports on current digital initiatives to track progress. Identify strategies to drive adoption and ownership of the digital tools. Support global digital component centers-of-excellence (COEs). Establish and maintain metrics to promote visibility of global component impact. Develop project roadmaps to deploy lean digital solutions across different Business Units (Engineering/Manufacturing) and other functional departments to meet plant objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Training Required/Provided
Five (5) years of post-Bachelor's, progressive, related, work experience., Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-Bachelor's, progressive, related, work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in the following:

Implementing Lean and Six Sigma business systems;

Manufacturing/leadership experience in a plant; and
-
Developing and implementing continuous improvement methods in product manufacturing process.
Must have experience or knowledge with/in the following:
-
Leveraging knowledge in one of more areas of Operational Excellence/LEAN production;

Utilizing Smart Factory, IT, Operational Technology, MES Systems, Cyber Security, and Aveva; and,
-
Applying digital enabling OPEX tools to ensure operational excellence.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Up to 50% domestic & international travel required.
