Job description

Brxio Inc. has partnered with a leading North American industrial manufacturing enterprise to scale its internal SAP Center of Excellence (COE). We are seeking four seasoned SAP Functional Leads to own, stabilize, and optimize critical end-to-end business process domains.

These roles serve as the definitive internal solution owners within a complex, highly configured manufacturing ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution, driving standardization, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing the enterprise for future scalable plant rollouts.

We are currently hiring for the following four leadership positions:

  • SAP MDG Lead (Master Data Governance)
  • SAP FTP Lead (Forecast-to-Produce / PP-QM)
  • SAP EWM Lead (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • SAP QTI Lead (Quote-to-Invoice / SD-VC)

Core Responsibilities Across All Roles

While each lead owns a distinct functional module, all four positions share foundational leadership and architectural expectations:

  • Business Process & Solution Ownership: Serve as the primary internal escalation point and functional architect for your domain. Author, review, and approve functional specifications, configuration designs, and system enhancements.
  • Vendor & AMS Governance: Partner with technical teams and Application Management Services (AMS) providers. Critically challenge third-party recommendations to minimize unnecessary customization, operational risk, and long-term support complexity.
  • Stabilization & Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis for recurring transactional failures, stuck queues, and data mismatches. Build short- and medium-term optimization roadmaps.
  • Documentation & Testing: Maintain configuration documents, end-to-end process maps, test scripts, and SOPs. Own regression testing strategies and release readiness for plant rollouts.
  • Capability Building: Mentor internal functional analysts, data stewards, and business super-users to systematically elevate internal SAP capabilities.
