Job description
Job Summary: Cubiscan is seeking a SyteLine System Administrator to support and improve the ERP system used across our manufacturing, sales, service, inventory, purchasing, and accounting teams.
This role will serve as the primary resource for SyteLine administration, user support, system accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will understand ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and how to help employees use SyteLine effectively in their day-to-day work., SyteLine Administration and Support
- Serve as the primary administrator and internal resource for SyteLine.
- Manage user access, security roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal teams or outside vendors as needed.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and overall ERP reliability.
- Maintain ERP documentation, procedures, and system change records.
Business Process and Department Support
- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Service, Inventory, and Accounting to support daily ERP needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and system usage.
- Support ERP updates, enhancements, testing, and implementation projects.
- Help ensure SyteLine supports Cubiscan's manufacturing and business processes effectively.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate ERP data, including items, part numbers, BOMs, routings, inventory locations, customer and vendor records, and planning information.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support business decisions.
- Assist users with data analysis and reporting needs.
Training and User Support
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SyteLine processes and best practices.
- Create and maintain user instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
- Promote consistent and accurate ERP usage across departments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System security?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Experience administering or supporting SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
- Understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing business processes.
- Experience with ERP configuration, troubleshooting, security, and user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, BOMs, routings, purchasing, work orders, and production scheduling.
- Experience with SQL, ERP reporting tools, data imports/exports, integrations, or system upgrades.
