Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based optimization decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and data conversion techniques to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager) to set up tracking, measure performance, and attribute results accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings, explain complex metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis in performance-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
