As the first point of contact for our internal IT needs, you'll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees while contributing to innovative process improvements.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Be the go-to expert for IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Solve common problems (like password resets and software installations) and escalate more complex challenges.
- Configure, deploy and maintain computers, devices, and equipment for onboarding, upgrades, or replacements.
- Act as the on-site technician to resolve physical IT issues and keep systems running smoothly.
- Manage IT inventory, keeping records up to date and accurate.
- Create and update user-friendly IT documentation to empower employees.
- Provide friendly training to employees on basic troubleshooting and IT best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve processes and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * An Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic troubleshooting skills on hardware and software: i.e.Office products, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Performing password resets and account lockouts
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Forward thinker, taking initiative on performance and tasks
What Would Really Make You Shine:
- 1-3 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
- Experience with Autodesk products
- Creating knowledge based documentation for end users and admins
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals

Note: This position does require in-office attendance daily. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
