Job description
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code , you build things that actually change how people work. In this long-term role, you'll leverage the power of modern AI to design and develop in-house SaaS solutions that solve real operational problems across a growing organization.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our AI Business Analyst, who will surface needs from department leaders and translate them into requirements for you. Your job is to turn those requirements into clean, scalable, production-ready software. You'll report directly to the C-suite, meaning your work has impact, visibility, and purpose from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain internal SaaS applications from the ground up
- Collaborate closely with the AI Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, and automation tools into custom-built software
- Architect scalable, maintainable systems with long-term growth in mind
- Own the full development lifecycle , from scoping and design to deployment and iteration
- Make smart technology choices around frameworks, databases, and infrastructure
- Maintain documentation, version control, and code quality standards
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools to accelerate delivery
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 4+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Experience building and deploying web applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of databases , both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to work with ambiguous or evolving requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable as a one-person engineering force (for now)
- Excellent communication skills , you can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical leaders
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building SaaS products or internal tools at scale
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Background in Agile or iterative development environments
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring)
