Job description

An ERP SCM Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's IFS systems as they relate to Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Finance. They help integrate various business processes, ensuring that the IFS software meets the specific needs of the organization while continuing to deploy new functionality., * Needs Assessment: Analyze the business needs of the organization to determine the appropriate IFS solutions.

  • System Configuration: Configure and customize IFS software to align with business processes.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the transfer of data from legacy systems to IFS, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Integration: Integrate IFS solutions with existing business processes and other software applications.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as necessary.
  • User Training: Train staff on the use of IFS systems and provide ongoing support.
  • Business Systems Reviews: Regularly assess the effectiveness of IFS modules and propose improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, changes, and processes for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and Finance departments to gather requirements and ensure that the IFS system meets their needs.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XQuery?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Education, Training & Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years Functional experience as Power User, Super User or Analyst in IFS Cloud ERP or relatable (Infor, SAP, Dynamics) required
  • Soft data skills using query builders a plus
  • General understanding of PMO
  • Associate degree minimum
  • Manufacturing a plus

Knowledge & Employment Standards:

  • Basic understanding of service delivery IT, use of helpdesk tools and project management tracking required.
