Job description
As an I.T. Service Desk Technician you'll have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the deployment of both small- & large-scale infrastructure projects
- Provide on-site support to the Lutz service teams, ensuring seamless operations
- Take responsibility for building, repairing, and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-3 years of relevant service desk experience
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills while conversing with clients over the phone and email
- Ability to provide in-person technical support and service work as needed, ensuring seamless on-site troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ticket tracking, time entry, and network documentation
- Diagnose & resolve technical issues following documented SOPs
- Creative problem solver with self-management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with:
- Networking equipment (e.g., Firewalls, Access Points)
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365
- Windows Server 2016-2025, Office 2013+, Windows 10+
- Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop Services
- Android/iPhone support, vendor management
- Domain registrar/certificate management
- Physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure
- Occasionally: Bend, crouch, or kneel to access and maintain technology equipment under desks, in server closets, and other low or confined spaces. Lift and carry equipment, including computers, monitors, networking hardware, and servers weighing up to 50 pounds. Travel between office locations or client sites. These physical requirements are essential functions of the job and must be met, with or without reasonable accommodation.
