Job description
Position Summary: The E-Business Suite Developer is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions., * Lead the design, development, and support of complex Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
- Provide advanced technical support in a production environment, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex system and data issues
- Design and implement integrations, EDI solutions, and interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and web services
- Develop and support reports, data conversions, and batch processes aligned with business requirements
- Optimize system performance through SQL/PLSQL tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, DBAs, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Serve as a senior technical contributor, guiding design standards, code quality, and deployment practices
- Maintain deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Inventory, AR/AP, General Ledger, HRMS, and Service/Depot Repair
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards, including JSOX requirements
- Document solutions, support testing, and ensure production readiness and stability
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web services design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced experience with:
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- OA Framework (OAF)
- Oracle Workflow
- BI Publisher
- SQL Loader
- Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture
- Standard APIs and open interfaces
- Data conversions and system integrations
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS in a live production environment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Oracle e-Commerce Gateway
- Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
