Office Coordinator - Electrical Service Technician Support in Anaheim

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Office Coordinator with a strong interest or basic knowledge of the electrical service technician field. This role supports both office operations and our field team by handling customer communications, preparing proposals, assisting with invoicing, and scheduling technicians' daily jobs to keep projects running smoothly., * Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Prepare and send customer emails, proposals, and other correspondence
• Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for daily service calls and projects
• Support service technicians with documentation and follow-up
• Utilize Word, Excel, and Google Workspace to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Perform general office duties as needed, adapting to daily business priorities
• () Assist with Accubid estimating software if experienced

• English as first ; Spanish is a plus for communicating with customers and technicians
• Basic knowledge or exposure to the electrical service industry ( but not required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to schedule and manage multiple technicians' assignments daily
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Accubid software is a plus, * A team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats
