Job description
- Handle escalated help desk tickets that need advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Head onsite to clients for hands-on fixes, installations, and project work.
- Tackle complex issues involving Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and more.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Hardware, Networks, and Business applications.
- Implement Cybersecurity best practices and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) policies to keep clients safe.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 4+ years of IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environment ).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Networking.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, and data backup/recovery.
- Someone who enjoys both working with people and solving technical issues.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite work.
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, while diligently documenting work and following processes
Bonus Points For
- VoIP experience (3CX,)
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop/Azure Administrator.
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
- College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related discipline; professional Microsoft Certification is a plus
