Job description
- Opens accounts for members, researches and resolves issues, and professionally handles members' questions and concerns.
- Ensures proper processing of IRA transactions, including the posting of IRA certificate withdrawals, mailing of all documents necessary to effect Required Minimum Distributions.
- Provides informational services to members depending on their needs and cross sells the appropriate products, services and programs of the Credit Union.
- Works closely with the Loan Officer to receive and process loan applications; as well as to respond to members on all inquiries regarding rates, terms, requirements and other features for all loan products.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Relationship banker experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school graduate / GED equivalent with two 2 to 3 years of experience in a bank or credit union or other financial related work experience.
- Customer account management and experience with fostering strong relationships is preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems, word processing and spreadsheet programs., * Banking: 2 years (Required)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
- Lending : 1 year (Preferred)
