Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Distribution Center Recruiter (Spanish/English) to lead high-volume recruiting efforts for large-scale warehouse and distribution center operations. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across multiple shifts and departments while supporting rapid growth and operational demands., * Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled, and supervisory positions within large distribution centers and warehouse operations.
- Develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals and staffing forecasts.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, job fairs, and staffing networks.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments in both English and Spanish.
- Partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring events, open houses, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, applicant flow, and retention trends.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Build relationships within local communities to attract diverse talent pools.
- Assist with workforce planning and seasonal hiring initiatives., * Serve as a trusted HR partner to warehouse and distribution center leadership teams.
- Support employee relations matters by assisting managers with coaching, conflict resolution, attendance issues, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and labor regulations.
- Assist with investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace incidents.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration programs to improve retention and employee engagement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Analyze turnover trends and recommend retention strategies to improve workforce stability.
- Participate in performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR teams on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Assist with benefits communication, leave administration coordination, and general employee inquiries.
- Partner with Safety and Operations teams to support a positive workplace culture and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Senior Professional in Human Resources certification?, Do you have experience in Workplace incident investigation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting for large warehouse environments, fulfillment centers, logistics operations, and distribution facilities with employee populations exceeding 500+ associates. Strong Spanish and English communication skills are essential to effectively engage with a diverse workforce., Required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments.
- Proven success hiring for facilities with 500+ employees and large-scale staffing demands.
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, Inventory Specialists, Team Leads, Supervisors, and Operations Managers.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruiting technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and operational leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms.

- Experience supporting multi-site distribution center operations.
- Knowledge of workforce management and labor market trends.

- Organizational Agility, * 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution center environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and state labor regulations.
- Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Experience supporting onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and workforce management platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience supporting distribution centers with 1,000+ employees across multiple shifts.
- Experience in high-volume staffing environments utilizing temporary labor and staffing agency partnerships.
