Job description
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst 3 to join our client's site in Austin, Texas. This role will support the CAPPS Program, including HR/Payroll, Financials, STARR, and ancillary systems.
The selected candidate will support Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), OnBoarding, Enterprise Performance Management (ePM), or both, depending on business needs. The role requires providing highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Talent Management solutions., * Perform highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance supporting the CAPPS Program.
- Configure and maintain TAM/CG, Candidate Gateway, OnBoarding Activity Guides, recruiting statuses, templates, onboarding tasks, screening levels, resume extraction processes, and candidate workflows.
- Manage job posting configuration and support job opening lifecycle management.
- Configure and maintain ePM templates, evaluation documents, approval routing, workflow timelines, rating scales, competency models, and document generation settings.
- Administer and maintain security roles, permission lists, row-level security, and access controls for Talent Management and Performance Management modules.
- Support security audits and access reviews.
- Provide end-user support for TAM/CG, Candidate Gateway, OnBoarding, and ePM modules.
- Troubleshoot workflow routing, approvals, missing documents, configuration issues, and recruiting-related problems.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, analytics, recruiting metrics, onboarding metrics, and performance management reporting.
- Support integrations between Talent Management, OnBoarding, Performance Management, HR Core, Position Management, Workforce Administration, and external systems.
- Gather requirements, perform documentation, UAT testing, regression testing, and incident management activities.
- Provide training, cross-training, and support to agency personnel and junior analysts.
- Support CAPPS HR/PY applications and serve as a point of contact for agencies.
- Create and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and perform functional configuration changes.
- Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and advanced troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Participate in major incident management, disaster recovery testing, upgrade testing, audits, presentations, and other assigned activities.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Bachelor's degree in related Fields.
- 10 years of experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.
- 10 years of experience gathering and presenting data for audits and open records requests.
- 10 years of experience interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows.
- 8 years of experience supporting Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management).
- 8 years of experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials.
- 8 years of experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management.
- 8 years of experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps.
- 8 years of experience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- 8 years of experience with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, and related tools.
- 8 years of experience supporting Recruiting or Performance Management batch jobs.
- 8 years of experience with PUM, Fluid, and Elastic Search.
- 8 years of experience with security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy requirements.
- 8 years of experience developing test scripts and executing UAT and regression testing.
- 8 years of experience supporting cross-module ERP integrations.
- 3 years of knowledge of ITIL principles and practices., * 6 years of knowledge and understanding of applicable State of Texas policies.
- 6 years of experience administering OnBoarding-related security and workflow routing.
- 6 years of experience performing functional project management activities supporting the CAPPS program.
- 6 years of Texas public sector experience supporting a large network of state government agencies.
- 6 years of experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk Support in a large agency environment with Managed Services vendor support.
