The IT Analyst will be the primary support for our Software Development team and IT Programmers. You will provide frontline service and be a crucial part of the continuous software enhancements and new technology deployment for our high profile customers.

As an IT Analyst, you will:

• Communicating problems and issues to developers that are reported by the customer after an initial investigation of the issue.
• Using reports (MIS) and database to analyze problems, errors and potential tweaks to the software.
• Learning and understand the WITRON WMS system
• Debug, test and identify issues for our main development team.

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Server/Client Environment

• Understanding log files, analyzing problems and being able to communicate with teams in both the US and Germany.
• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft database including T-SQL
• SQL Debugging (preferred)
• Experience in C++ programming (preferred)
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team, + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience combined with some educational experience

• 1-2 years' of experience with Application Software Development based on Microsoft Client - Server architecture and Databases
• Experience should include project design, coding, testing, delivery and technical documentation

Travel:

• Must be able to travel locally and internationally (25%)
