Desktop Administrator

• Provide daily technical support for SERVPRO's critical business systems and corporate hardware environment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and enhance hardware and software for corporate users.
• Respond to user requests, answer support calls, and track technical issues to resolution.
• Develop and maintain user-facing documentation for hardware and software.
• Support and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment at SERVPRO headquarters locations.

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, * Minimum of two years of experience providing technical support to end users in a professional environment.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications, including installation, maintenance, upgrading, and enhancement.
• Working knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems and applications.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, video conferencing systems, and phone systems/components.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
