Job description
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join PG&E's Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data science, machine learning, predictive analytics, and large-scale data processing. This is a hybrid position, and local candidates who can attend onsite meetings in San Ramon , CA are highly preferred.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistics?, * 5+ years of Data Science experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Spark
- Data visualization experience using Tableau or Power BI
- Statistical analysis and forecasting
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Utility industry experience
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of SAP data and enterprise analytics
- GIS or Asset Management analytics experience
Requirements:
