The CCSE Instructional Program & Data Director provides strategic leadership for instructional programs, assessment systems, data analytics, accountability, and continuous school improvement efforts. This position supports K-12 school leaders in using student achievement, assessment, attendance, and program effectiveness data to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes. The Director serves as the bridge between curriculum, instruction, assessment, and data systems to ensure all academic initiatives are aligned with K-12 school goals.
CCSE Instructional Program & Data Director
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the K-12 instructional programs.
- Develop and maintain K-12 data dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate local, state, and federal assessment programs.
- Analyze student achievement, attendance, discipline, graduation, and program data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support principals and school leadership teams in data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate K-12 data meetings and instructional review cycles.
- Monitor school improvement plans and provide recommendations for increased student achievement.
- Ensure compliance with state accountability and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to evaluate instructional effectiveness and intervention programs.
- Design and deliver professional development focused on data literacy and instructional improvement.
- Prepare Board reports, presentations, and executive summaries related to academic performance.
- Partner with technology staff to maintain accurate student information and assessment systems.
- Manage K-12 program evaluation processes and measure return on investment for academic initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree required.
- Valid TN administrator license - (ILL, ILL-P).
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience in curriculum, instruction, assessment, or school administration.
- Demonstrated experience with educational data analysis and accountability systems.
- Proficiency with student information systems, assessment platforms, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
