Business Intelligence Consultant (Power BI)

• Design and develop operational and financial dashboards using Power BI
• Create reusable data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting architecture
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
• Partner with leadership to gather reporting requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions
• Enhance reporting processes using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude where appropriate

Do you have experience in Project leadership?, * 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI
• Experience building operational and financial reporting for business stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Manufacturing and ERP reporting experience preferred
• Experience modernizing or replacing legacy reporting environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
