Job description
Under the direct supervision of Project Manager, assist in providing end-to-end application implementation and systems support for mission-critical modern enterprise data analytics
platforms (SAS, Databricks) including solution architecture, installation, configuration, patches, upgrades, metadata security, data management, technology integration, end user
handoff/training, and ongoing operational support. Serve as escalation point for application and system issues and provide production support to end-users. Install, configure, and
administer server and client-side application components; implement Security and Authentication to maintain access of source data across business organizations as well as application
integration with Active Directory/LDAP/SAML across multiple software solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure teams including Linux Administrators, Cloud Administrators, Database,
Network, and Firewall teams, to maintain the overall health of the analytics platforms and web applications hosted on-prem and in the public cloud environments. Perform design and
technical reviews of proposed upgrades/updates. Track and assess actual vs. expected results, measure performance tests, and make recommendations based on findings to guide future
strategies. Experience must include: SAS, SAS Grid, SAS Viya, Databricks, Shell Scripting, Oracle, SQL Server, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Python, UNIX, AWS, Azure.
Requirements
1 year of relevant IT experience in job offered or as a Computer / Engineering Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable., Minimum Requirement: Master's degree in Any Field plus 1 year of relevant IT experience in job offered or as a Computer / Engineering Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education,
training & experience is acceptable.
Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. Job locations in Paramus, NJ & may involve relocation to various unanticipated client sites across the U.S.
