Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Admin/Jr Analyst to join our innovative data team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing large datasets, supporting data integration projects, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, project management, and advanced data tools within a collaborative environment committed to continuous improvement., * Manage and maintain databases including Oracle, SQL, and data warehouses to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Python to facilitate seamless data integration across systems.
  • Design and optimize database structures and schemas to support scalable Big Data solutions and efficient data collection.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of data initiatives within Agile frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Linked Data projects and contribute to the development of data governance standards.
  • Assist in the development of data collection strategies and contribute to database design efforts for future data warehouse expansions.
  • Lead small teams or initiatives related to data management projects, demonstrating leadership qualities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * Proven experience with SQL programming for querying and managing relational databases such as Oracle or similar systems.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica or Talend for building robust data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau or other visualization tools for creating compelling analytics dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience working with Big Data technologies and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Python programming for automation, scripting, or advanced analytics tasks.
  • Knowledge of database design principles and experience with Data Warehouse architecture is preferred.
  • Experience working within Agile project management methodologies to deliver iterative solutions efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis Skills combined with strong analysis capabilities to interpret complex datasets effectively.
  • Prior leadership experience or the ability to lead small teams or projects is a plus.
