Job description
o Ensuring that end-users' concerns are listened to, are promptly addressed and their IT problems are effectively resolved
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Trade school?, * Must have a degree in an Information Technology-related discipline at an accredited technical school or college or equivalent work experience.
- General technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS for troubleshooting processes.
- Must be able to communicate complex information clearly to a wide array of customers.
- Must be able to demonstrate IT problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate VLAN Programming on network equipment.
- Must be able to effectively concentrate while handling multiple tasks when priorities shift.
- Must have experience with hand tools and basic power tools.
- Must be comfortable working at heights using ladders and lift equipment.
- Experience with Fortinet, Netgear, Cisco network hardware is a plus!
