We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and other technology-related equipment. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, providing support to end-users, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization., * Install, configure, and test smart tech (Wi-Fi, lighting, thermostats, cameras).
- Support structured cabling, pre-wiring, and retrofits.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and system checks.
- Provide in- home services such as decor mounting, device transfers, or tech setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold a professional appearance.
- Work collaboratively with the team on-site in homes and business settings.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Interpersonal skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Genuine interest in technology, smart homes, or IT support.
- Detail -oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and able to follow directions carefully.
- Background check and drug screening.
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or tech troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with smart home ecosystems (Google Home, Alexa, Apple Homekit).
- Background in networking, AV, construction, or low voltage work
