organisationalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale business transformation programs. This role will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership coaching, and adoption strategies across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise transformation projects.
- Assess organizational impacts and stakeholder readiness.
- Create communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Partner with business leaders and executives to drive adoption.
- Coach leadership teams on change management best practices.
- Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful implementation., * Have you directly coached VP-level, Executive, or C-Suite stakeholders during transformation initiatives?

Organisational Change Management Change Consulting HR / Talent Development Project / Program Management Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Supply Chain / Operations Construction / Infrastructure
- How many years of dedicated Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience do you have?
- Do you have direct experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for enterprise-wide business transformations?
- Are you certified or formally trained in Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, LaMarsh, or another Change Management methodology?
- Have you developed change communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption plans?
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management methodologies.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and project management skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional organizations.
Nice to Have
- Acquisition/integration change management experience.
- PLM, software, hardware, or technology transformation experience.
- SharePoint, MS Project, Yammer.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini)., * Bachelor's (Required)
