Job description

At Helm, we're looking for a Print Services Administrator who is passionate about print production and ready to play a key role in delivering high-quality materials that make an impact., As our Print Services Administrator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring projects move from concept to completion with precision and creativity.

  • Create and prepare pre-press designs, static and variable print templates, and proofs.
  • Assist with photography for merchandise and marketing web images.
  • Manage print shop inventory and keep supplies stocked and organized.
  • Administer purchase orders and support print shop operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to print operations.
  • Utilize the Helm Business System and other applications to keep projects on track.
  • Jump in and support the team with other exciting projects as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Professional art or design?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Do you love bringing ideas to life through print? Are you the kind of person who notices every detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys a mix of creativity and organization? If so, we want to meet you, * High School diploma and 2+ years of graphic design experience.

  • 2+ years of digital and/or offset printing experience.
  • Strong understanding of print production principles and design software.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, XMPie, Microsoft Office, email, and web applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
