Job description
The Data Analyst I supports HopeHealth's analytics and reporting operations by collecting, validating, and organizing data that informs decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial areas of the organization. This position develops and maintains standard reports, assists in building dashboards, and ensures that data sources are accurate, consistent, and accessible., * Generate recurring and ad hoc reports from multiple systems to support departmental and organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Validate report data prior to distribution and summarize results for management review.
- Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources using SQL or similar tools.
- Document report logic, data sources, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with leadership and other analysts to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain compliance with all data governance, confidentiality, and security standards.
- Continue professional development through training, certifications, and relevant coursework.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in statistics?, * Tableau or similar business intelligence platform
- SQL for data extraction and querying
- Python or related analytical programming languages
- Business statistics and performance measurement concepts
- Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), * Data cleaning and preparation
- Statistical and comparative analysis
- Visualization and presentation of complex information
- Fact-checking and validation
- Problem-solving and investigative thinking
- Prioritization and organization across multiple tasks, * Preferred Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related analytical work preferred
- Experience in healthcare or public health analytics environments preferred
