Job description
Provide day-to-day mainenance and End User Support of SAP. Lead Functional design and development of Enhancements and Bug Fixes in SAP. Adhere to IT strategies, Departmental Goals and Objectives to meet business needs. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and key users. Key areas for support include Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Payment Interfaces, End User Troubleshooting, Integration tools. Strong Organization and Communications skills required, * Execute Maintenance, Enhancement and Release Activities. Coordinate and direct contract workforce in the execution of these tasks. Have an excellent understanding of SAP FI, CO, MM,
- Collaborate with IT and Business partners to gather and document business requirements, design solutions, develop, execute testing, and plan releases.
- Resolve End User queries, issues/tickets; address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Receive and document Enhancement requests
- Manage various sized projects (small, medium) as assigned. Develop plans and time estimates, track progress to plans, communicate status, and escalate issues and risks on a timely basis.
- Build working relationships with the various business partners in accounting and finance & controlling.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day maintenance and production support activity
- Research Process improvements for both IT Operations and business processes - identify solutions and present them to stakeholders
- Personal Development - Discuss with Managers areas of interest or improvement and execute plans to advance skill or career development
Requirements
Position will require expertise in SAP FICO, MM, and related SAP Products, and a working understanding of ABAP. Experience in managing small to medium projects, Testing, and Delivery is required., Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position:

- Min. level of education, e.g. Bachelor's/Master's etc.: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- Field of study, e.g. Finance/HR/IT etc.: Accounting;#Computer/Information Science;#Information Technology, Business Administration;#Computer/Information Science;#Information Technology

- Professional Experience
- A minimum of (5+) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s):
