Job description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite recruitment activities
- Partner with onsite management to assess staffing needs and analyze workforce levels
- Ensure all open roles are properly created and posted through internal requisition systems
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates, presenting top talent to hiring managers for final selection
- Coordinate and support interview days, hiring events, and career fairs
- Conduct reference checks, document results, and provide recommendations within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in developing assessment center materials, including interview questions and candidate scenarios
- Prepare and distribute offer letters to selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including OFCCP and EEOC guidelines
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide administrative and documentation support related to recruitment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar HR/administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR and recruiting processes, with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Full job description
Salary: 85,000 - 90,000 / year based on experience
