Enterprise Project Systems Administrator

• Configure Jira workflows, automation rules, permission schemes, and complex custom fields.
• Manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from Jira to enterprise project platforms.
• Consult on governance trade-offs between Team-Managed and Company-Managed Jira projects.
• Optimize Smartsheet solutions for capacity planning, resource allocation, and portfolio reporting.
• Architect customized Kanban and Scrum boards with WIP limits and velocity tracking metrics.
• Implement Jira integrations with Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Deliver "Train the Trainer" sessions and technical documentation to drive global platform adoption.

• 5 or more years of experience in Jira Cloud administration and environment configuration.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet administration, workspaces, and Resource Management modules.
• Experience with Jira-to-Smartsheet data migration, mapping, and technical validation.
• Experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies for iterative delivery and continuous flow work.
• Experience with advanced Excel, Power Query, and complex data transformation techniques.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and least-privilege cybersecurity access principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
