Job description
Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing all data collection and entry activities for a specialized data management system. Monitors and maintains data quality and implements and maintains quality control systems., * Responsible for managing the reporting needs of the Agency.
- Problem solves needs, prioritizes day-to-day workflow of the department, database integrity, and quality control.
- Processes requests for reporting by adding and correcting entries into multiple databases or computer application.
- Maintains organization of received data and source documents. Compiles, sorts, interprets, and verifies data to be entered.
- Contacts preparer of source documents and provides information to resolve questions, inconsistencies, and problem solve or determine missing information.
- Audits submissions and databases regularly to ensure integrity.
- Reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquiries regarding entered data. Responsible for entering and verifying provider bills.
- Compiles reports timely for Leadership and providers.
- Provides technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of multiple relational database management systems for the department; monitor and coordinate databases to optimize performance and interactivity.
- ACLS/Waiver reporting, status changes and NAPIS entries.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality data entry?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma required.
- One year of experience in data entry in a healthcare setting., Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee must have the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Continued employment remains on an "at-will" basis.
