Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC)
- Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and routing and switching protocols.
- Strong working knowledge of L2/L3 protocols.
- Strong working knowledge of stateful firewalls, and L3 access controls.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite.
- Able to support on-call requirements.
- Able to work in live call environment and utilize remedy and/or other ticketing system to track tasking.
- Virtualization products; VMWare and Solaris containers, * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstratable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection or five (5) years minimum experience in lieu of degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks.
