Job description
Answers and triages requests to Service Center and provides first level support. Documents requests and escalates to second or third level support when needed. Monitors dashboards and alarm panels following appropriate procedures or protocols. Checks and records system statistics to ensure proper operations. Provides onsite triaging of end user support devices., JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Provides technical analysis to maintain and enhance Hospital Information systems. Coordinates service requests for hospital information system users. Ensures that all major systems are operational. Provides minor repair and preventive maintenance of end point devices, networking, workstations, phones, fax, printers, and network/workstation UPS equipment. Additional Inventories end user equipment and parts. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)?, Do you have a Trade school?, Experience
Required:
Two years on the job training in Information Systems; or
One year of computer operations experience and A+ certification; or
One year of IS trade school training or college degree.
