Job description

The Senior Manager, Finance Intelligence and Automation is a foundational role within the Business Operations and Intelligence (BOI) function, responsible for building the analytical infrastructure, automation tooling, and decision-support systems that enable the organization to operate with greater discipline, efficiency, and speed at the strategic and executive level.

The role brings analytical depth and a builder's mindset to the financial analytics and automation work within BOI, focused on supporting strategic and executive decision-making across business units, including Physicians Revenue Group (PRG), Patient Care Management 365 (PCM365), Remote Patient Devices (RPD), and other operating entities. The work centers on building modern analytical systems, automating manual processes that today consume disproportionate effort, and providing rigorous analytical input to executive leadership on capital, investment, and portfolio decisions.

This is a high-growth role designed for someone early-to-mid career who combines strong analytical instincts with technical fluency, treats automation as a core working tool rather than an aspiration, and operates with the maturity to engage executive leadership even at this level of seniority. The role offers meaningful upward potential within BOI and the broader organization based on demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analytical Infrastructure

The role develops and maintains the analytical models that support strategic and executive decision-making across the organization. This includes building unit economics models for service lines, ROI evaluation frameworks for major investments, segment-level analytical frameworks, and the underlying analytical infrastructure that supports decision-grade insight. The work centers on translating complex multi-source data into structured, executive-ready analysis that supports strategic decisions.

Finance Process Automation and Modernization

The role drives the modernization of financial workflows through automation and structured tooling. This includes identifying high-leverage automation opportunities in close processes, reporting workflows, reconciliation activities, and other manual financial processes that today consume disproportionate effort. The work includes building automated reporting infrastructure using Power BI, Excel, and modern data tooling, with the goal of reducing manual reporting dependency through structured systems rather than incremental headcount.

ERP Implementation Analytical Leadership

The role serves as the analytical and automation lead within the ERP implementation, supporting chart of accounts standardization, workflow mapping, data integrity validation, and reporting infrastructure design. The work ensures that the ERP transition produces meaningful structural improvement in analytical capability across the organization.

Strategic Decision Support and Executive Modeling

The role provides analytical and modeling support for strategic decisions across business units, including ROI analysis for major investments, financial scenarios for new initiatives and growth opportunities, and analytical input on capital and portfolio planning. The work supports executive leadership with rigorous analysis that informs strategic direction.

Financial KPI Infrastructure for Executive Reporting

The role builds the financial KPI infrastructure that supports BOI's executive reporting and performance governance functions. This includes defining financial metrics relevant to strategic decision-making, establishing variance analysis frameworks for executive review, and supporting monthly and quarterly executive reporting cadences with rigorous analytical discipline.

Documentation and Standards

The role contributes to the documentation discipline that BOI is institutionalizing, including analytical reporting standards, KPI definitions, automation workflows, and the operational handbooks that allow the function to scale beyond individual contribution.
