Job description
- Leading advanced network troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Analyzing and optimizing network performance, latency, and throughput
- Designing and implementing scalable, secure network architectures
- Working with technologies such as:
- Routing protocols & BGP
- Policy-based routing & traffic shaping
- IPSec tunneling & NAT
- Firewalls, load balancing, and WAN optimization
- Evaluating and integrating emerging networking technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven solutions
- Mentoring junior engineers (Levels 0-2) and ensuring engineering excellence
Requirements
- 12-15 years of network engineering experience (or equivalent expertise)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Strong experience in network design, optimization, and security
- CCNA and CCNP certifications required
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor teams
