Job description
· Provide onsite desktop / deskside support for front-office and back-office users, including troubleshooting Windows laptops, desktops, multi-monitor setups, Citrix/VDI, VPN, and basic networking issues.
· Support portfolio managers, traders, and VIP users in a fast-paced financial environment, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues impacting daily business operations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, · Strong experience in Windows desktop support and endpoint troubleshooting
- Experience with multi-monitor setups and high-performance workstations
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI
- Experience with ServiceNow / ITSM ticketing tools
· Prior experience in financial services / trade floor / front-office support environment preferred
